Grant Assistant in menu design for special occasions (e.g. wedding event, Christmas, Halloween)
Preparation work to be done in a sanitary and timely manner;
Maintain food production and presentation with consistently high quality;
Stock and Cost Control;
Maintain hygiene around working area (High awareness of personal as well as food hygiene)
